Exchange & return
FAYTH DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGE
If the product that you want to exchange is sold out we will immediately, after reception of the return package, send you a store credit of the amount of the order.
Your exchange item must arrive at the FAYTH Headquarter no later than 10 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you ship the faulty item within 5 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the FAYTH location within 10 days.
If an item has a FAYTH security tag or brand tag attached, it must be sent with the tag in its original position.
Items must be sent unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Return cost will be at your charge (apart from the faulty). Only the exchange shipping from FAYTH will be free to charge. For any exchange please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org before creating the label on the shipping portal.
What happens next ?
Attach the Return Label with tracking number, and drop off the package at the pickup station.
Place any items with all original packaging inside the Fayth packaging in a perfect condition.
Keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel with our carrier using the tracking number provided.
