Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
FAYTH orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse.
Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.
- FRANCE: Delivery in metropolitan France within 24/48H
- ZONE 1 (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK) : within 2 to 6 working days following dispatch
- ZONE 2(Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic) : within 3 to 6 working days following dispatch
- ZONE 3 ( USA, Canada) : within 2 to 4 working days following dispatch
- OTHERS : within 4 to 10 days following dispatch
To collect your package Remember to bring an original piece of identification (passport, identity card, driving license or residence permit), you will be asked for it by the merchant or the post office adviser in charge of delivering your package. If the withdrawal of the parcel is carried out by a third person on your behalf, he will have to present his identity document, yours, as well as a power of attorney from you. Your order will be available for 8 working days following its deposit at the point of instance. After this time, your package will be returned to the sender and returned to stock. You will then be refunded the amount of your order (no reshipping will be possible).
Remember to check the condition and conformity of the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or open, you will have to formalize its acceptance by notifying a reservation when signing on electronic media or on the delivery receipt issued by the delivery person. If the package appears empty, you must then refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Service. Any claim relating to damage to a Product during transport must, in order to be valid vis-à-vis the carrier, be sent without delay to Customer Service after receipt of the order.
Covid 19: Although we are attempting to process and dispatch orders as quick as possible, delays may be encountered due to the worlds current climate. We are unable to account for delays that may occur, your local depot or your countries border due to Covid-19. Due to this, please allow extra time for receiving your order.
Taxes and Duties: As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges and return fees of 15% will be deducted from the refund.
Brexit Information: From 1st Jan 2021 the UK is no longer in the EU and as a result, orders to the UK may be subject to additional local taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
